Hilong Signed a Strategic Collaboration Framework Agreement with CNPC Offshore Engineering Company Limited

(July 21, 2015, Shanghai) On July 20, 2015, Hilong signed a Strategic Collaboration Framework Agreement with CNPC Offshore Engineering Company Limited (hereinafter the “CPOE”) in Beijing, which further deepens the level and expands the area of mutual collaboration.


In accordance with the Agreement, both parties will carry out collaboration in such areas as offshore engineering and design, oilfield equipment, oilfield services, pipeline constructing equipment and services, and will jointly promote the collaboration in the scientific research of, among others, new marine technology, new materials, new processes, oilfield engineering technology services. The Contract will temporarily be for a term of five years. Both parties will carry out matters of the collaboration by establishing an executive liaison mechanism, researching and determining plans for mutual collaboration and coordinating the promotion of material matters of collaboration.


“CPOE has extensive experience in offshore engineering design and strong capability of engineering procurement construction (EPC), and Hilong possesses offshore engineering design, construction and integrated service capacity that is based on a high benchmark. This mutual collaboration is an alliance between giants and complementation of each other’s advantages, which bears significance for jointly promoting the development of both parties’ offshore engineering enterprise.” said Zhang Jun, President of Hilong.


Zhang Jun, President of Hilong and Zhang Baozeng, Party Secretary of CPOE, attended the Agreement signing ceremony and gave a speech. The Agreement was signed by Wang Tao, Executive President of Hilong and Peng Fei, Deputy General Manager of CPOE, who were acting on behalf of their respective parties.
